Blood&Chocolate

Part 3 of Chapter 1

For the next couple of day's everything was normal, no man dressed in black and no letter's in blood.
Everything was fine and peaceful, we went to classes, if I got in trouble for no reason Sirius or James would get in trouble also to stay with me while Remus copied everything down, so we didn't mess up in the exam's later in the year.
I would go out in the ground's after classes like I normally did in past year's but this time I goto visit my little friend in the tree, he didn't mind me but he didn't like James or Sirius or Remus coming close to his tree, if they did he would throw stick's at them, it would make me laugh everytime a stick hit them.
But today...was different because we all knew what was going to happen on the full moon, in classes Remus was very quiet, I had to poke him a couple of time's if he didn't answer the Professor's, but we're lucky cause the Professor's and Dumbledore know what Remus is.


After Herbology Remus disappeared for a while, I was so worried that even Sirius could see how worried I was,
"He'll be ok Ange, we just gotta find him" he say's to me trying to keep me calm,
"I know Padfoot, I just hope he doesn't keep disappearing" looking back and forth for Remus,
"Boo" from behind me, it make's me jump and drop my bag and book's, I look behind me to see Lucius Malfoy and his friend's laughing their asses off, I growl at them for making me drop my stuff and Sirius get's pissed off and stands infront of me,
"Back off Malfoy!" Sirius snarled alittle then I feel breathing on the back of my neck that made me blush hard, I look around to see Malfoy using magic to confuse us, Malfoy grab's my neck hard and start's to squeeze it while grinning,
"Heh, what's wrong? scared??" I grab his arm trying to make him let go but he only squeezed harder,
"Let go!" I screamed,
"No, not unless you beg for me to stop" he laughed while his friend's holded Sirius down to the ground,
"Let her go Malfoy!!" Sirius shouted, at this point James and Peter were behind Malfoy's friend's with their wand's pointing at their neck's then Remus ripped Malfoy off my neck and I fell on my butt, coughing like hell,
"Don't ever touch Angelus again or I will kill you..." Remus looked so angry he was already close to killing him, but he let him go, Malfoy and his friend's ran away to their Common room.
As I kept coughing for air, Remus pulled me up into a very tight hug,
"I'm sorry, I wasn't there to protect you...like I promised" I kept gasping for air while my head was on his shoulder,
"It's..it's ok, it's not your fault Moony..." I replied, he tightened his grip as I got my breath back, I whined from his warmth again, Sirius looked at Remus and Remus looked back,
"Sorry, i'm late Padfoot" Sirius smirked,
"It's ok, we're fine now anyway" Remus didn't let me go for a while and I didn't mind that either, I felt so safe in his arm's, but then we noticed that it was starting to get dark.


We went back to the Common room and made sure no one was looking, Remus pulled out Marauder's Map,
"Ange, you sure you wanna come this time?" I nodded, after that he opened the Marauder's Map telling us where Argus Filch was, along with any other Professor's.
We had to hurry and get outside before the fullmoon show's so we took the most easiest path through Hogwart's and before we knew it, we were at the front door, we checked no one followed us and went out the door.
As soon as we got outside, we ran to the Forbidden Forest, I stopped at the gate alittle scared cause this was close to where I saw the black dressed man.
"Ange?" Remus tilted his head alittle worried,
"Oh, sorry!" I ran through the gate following Sirius and James close behind, we got to the Whomping Willow, a dangerous tree that attack's anyone and anything that come's within range of its branches, it was placed to disguise the opening of a secret passage leading from Hogwart's to the Shrieking Shack in Hogsmeade to allowed Remus to travel unnoticed to and from the Shrieking Shack, where he was able to go in his transformation as a werewolf.
At that moment James' Animagus to his stag form, Peter Animagus to his rat form and Sirius Animagus to his big black dog form.
I had not used Animagus before, so I didn't know what I would be, but I knew the spell from learning it at the same time Sirius and the other's did.
So I closed my eye's and then used the Animagus spell, I formed into a large creamy brown wolf with a dark brown muzzle, the colour also coated the tips of my ears, paws and tail. My eyes were a dirt brown colour with little flecks of amber.
Everything seemed ok till James saw my neck bleeding, it was my birth scar for some reason it re-opened during the transformation, I wasn't to worried about it to much.


A couple of hour's later we waited for the fullmoon to appear from behind the cloud's, I was laying down half asleep while Remus stroked my head softly, it felt so warm and soft as he pasted it through my fur slowly.
At long last the fullmoon came out from behind the cloud's and Remus went through the incredibly painful transformation from a human into a wolf-like creature, also known as a werewolf but we were ok since Remus took his Wolfsbane Potion, which allow's a werewolf to retain his or her human mind while transformed, freeing them from the worry of harming other human's or themselves, also James and Sirius are large enough to control Remus.
Through the night we followed Remus into the Forbidden Forest, I wasn't scared at all since Remus was a werewolf and who would attack a werewolf?
Anyway, my scar was no longer bleeding but I had a hard time keeping up with the other's as I kept looking around the Forbidden Forest and there wasn't much talking either, but I didn't mind that, I was glad to be with them all night.


In morning Remus turned back to his normal self, so did James, Sirius and Peter,
It took alittle longer for me to turn back because I didn't want to, it was to much fun being a wolf,
"Hurry up Ange, we gotta get back into Hogwart's before someone see's us missing" James said getting alittle angry so I changed back to human and pouted alittle, puffing my cheeks out and making them go red.
Sirius laughed at the redness of my cheek's as Remus poked them softly,
"We didn't think you'd be a wolf Ange" coming from Remus as he poked my cheek's,
"I didn't feel alone since you were a wolf" he smiled as he started to walk toward's Hogwart's.


Once back inside, we went the way we came out and we got back into the Common room, I went for a shower and so did the boy's and came back fully dressed for the day ahead like nothing happened.
While we waited for Hogwart's to start we sat down by the fireplace, Sirius yawned so big that it made me and Peter yawn too,
"So, what classes today Ange?" Peter asked while rubbing his head,
"Charms then double Care of Magical Creature's" I goaned at going to Care of Magical Creature's again,
"Sit beside me Ange" Remus looked at me, knowing it might happen again.
After everyone woke up we all to class like nothing happened.
