Angel is another person with powers and is friends with Cobra.
She used to live in New York then later moved to Florida for a time and then later moved to California where her friends are...
Here she rides a motorcycle with her friends and they've essentially become a gang but they dont do anything horrible because this only consists of about 5 or 6 people in the group.
the reason for the nickname Angel is because of the design on her jacket which is to red angel wings on the back.
Cobra followed suit and made a jacket with a cobra on the back colored blue
eventually the rest of the group followed with their own designs on the back...
i forget what her powers are currently but i believe they may be strength and flight but i'll update wen i remember or find the notes on it...
the face of this gaia is basically what she looks like but if you've seen Appleseed then you've seen what she truly looks like because her structure and looks were based off of Deunan from the movie (when she wears the orange clothes)...
