These are my opinions based on the things I have seen & heard over the years, and remember I am a very open minded person, but with sanity. This is not judgment on humanity, this is the Truth in my eyes, and keep in mind that by clicking this blog you chose to read my beliefs.
Since the beginning of time, our species has changed & adapted with the environment, and with the times over the years. From the caveman who wanders in this ocean of chaos, to an evolved human who journeys through the fire storm, and the difference between the 2 is the caveman lived a very simple life, but our lives have more possibilities. As our species continues to grow & expand dramatically, leaders over the years from the Political, the Religious, and the Educational, have given us Order, Rules, and Regulations. With the inventions of radio, television, games, and etc, it kept life interesting, but also maintained Control of the people mentally. The caveman had complete freedom to do as he/she wishes, and if we lived that way completely today, our race would be more destructive & maybe cease to exist. With the choices the leaders & superiors made, slavery was destroyed completely, and the land of the free was truly born, but with some restrictions. Other countries envy us because of our freedoms, and those who are truly not blind can see clearly, that this freedom is great, but it comes with the price of sanity. Our elders have encouraged us to take advantage of the freedoms, live great lives, and do great things, but most strayed away from that advice.
As television has advanced from Monochrome to Color, more & more shows began to air, and more new stations had been spawned. Ratings slowly became the only thing that mattered, and that made some people become so desperate they would even lie to get on the air. Without considering what the public thought or how it could affect them, stations would show Ignorance & Blasphemy to the public, and do whatever it takes to keep them watching. The media began showing sitcoms, and music videos of artists to give the public their idea of how you should live your life, but also how you should dress. From all these factors, the Mainstream, the Posers, and the Ignorant have began to grow. Cussing & Sex began to slowly make their appearance in the media, and now we reached a day & age to which it seems like nothing to the eyes of many, but at a high cost, early age sex. Churches were not completely safe either from Ignorance, Born Christians began to make their appearance, but Posers were amongst them. With the rise in Atheists & Agnostics, Christianity was slowly becoming hated by millions of people, but it was because of the Posers. The Posers who use Hell to scare people into believing, who shove the bible down your throat without permission, who judge & condemn you even by a small action, and who hasn’t read the bible & understand all the stories.
After everything our elders went through, their dreams & visions were shattered like a broken mirror, and a majority of our species doesn’t seem to give a damn. Martin Luther King Jr. wanted everyone to live peacefully & equally, but that dream was flushed down the toilet real fast. At the rate our species is going, Racism will always exist, those people out there won’t accept another person because of their skin or speech, and will continue to spread hate speech & crimes. Dr. King’s dream was truly a great one, but sadly it has still yet to be fully realized by the Ignorant. It does not surprise me the least bit if other countries out there laugh & mock us because of what has happened here in the land of the free, and how we haven’t tried to advance our culture to a new level. Many say we should have found a cure for cancer by now, we probably have, but they probably won’t let us have it. If you think about it, in the old days before medicine existed, our body’s immune system had to fight sickness while we rest, eat healthy food, and drink water. Many today still rely on that instead of medicine, but ever since medicine has been created into a Solid, a Liquid, and a Gas, our lives have been expanded. Those who couldn’t survive any illness in the old days died, the families would grieve & pay their respects, and move on with their lives, but also tried to strengthen their immune system to keep living on. The expansion of life from medicine comes at a price when combined with teen pregnancy, overpopulation is through the roof, and at this rate won’t stop.
As a man who believes in Balance, our world is in a shade of Darkness, but sooner or later a shade of Light will shine from this planet. There are many things wrong with our world, the Ignorance & Chaos you find in many places & people, the Blasphemy you hear with your ears, and teens acting like fools with Drugs & Pregnancy, but day by day you struggle to keep your sanity. I believe this is not my time frame, I was an unplanned baby, I am not supposed to be here, but since I am, I have to make the best of things. As much as I see the Darkness in the world, I also see the small candle Light, and I am thankful for what I have. My family, my friends, my best friend Jake, and the knowledge I carry within my mind. I know there is more Light in the world, but it’s hard to see, I intend to set out, and find it. I personally believe 2012 is going to be a regular year like any other year, I could be wrong, but if there is 1 thing I am certain about, is that Light will return to this planet someday, maybe long after I die, who knows.
The point of this blog is to acknowledge BOTH Light & Darkness in the world, and appreciate what you have at the moment, but also understand WHY the Darkness is affecting you.
