Personality: Shy and awkward in most social situations. Ibara speaks politely to those around her, while keeping her thoughts to herself. The only time she’ll speak up is when it comes to enforcing rules and regulations within her squad. She can follow directions, but rarely acts on her own in a combat situation. Even though she’s quiet, Ibara still has a curious streak which makes it irresistible to observe a situation.

Shikai Description: a white ribbon 3in wide, and can stretch up to 40ft
Shikai Ability: Shikyoito is controlled at will by Ibara. One end of the ribbon is wrapped around her left arm, while the other end attacks. The ribbon can stretch or shrink to whatever length is necessary. The edge is razor sharp, but cannot deal lethal blows on strong opponents. (Like a high speed papercut. It can cut, but not cleave something in half.)

Attack no.1: Kiru. A high speed slicing attack.
Attack no.2: Shirudo. The zanpakto swirls into a round area to form a shield.

Bankai: Acheived
Bankai Name: Richi
Bankai Description: Shikyoito turns red and becomes longer.
Bankai Ability: Ibara can direct the flow of spiritual energy in anything that is wrapped by Shikyoito, either draining the power, or adding to it. Spiritual based objects can be destroyed if enough energy is sucked out.

Attack no.1: Ushinau. Opponents lose spiritual energy
Attack no.2: Ritoku. Ibara absorbs the stolen energy and can transfer the power to heal herself.


Biography/History: "unmei no ita wo tatsu" still under construction

Ibara was born in the Sereitei to a family of lower standing. She still had a proper upbringing and was quite smart in school. She wasnt genius though, didnt posess any raw power, and wasnt as beautiful as some others, so people tended to ignore her. She became accustomed to blending into the background and not being noticed.
One of her hobbies was people watching as she walked around the rukongai, undisturbed. On one of her trips she met a soul around her age that grew vegetables and led a peacefull life. Intrigued, she kept coming back so she could talk to him; occasionally giving him advice, like actually selling his excess crops so he could make money. He was the closest thing she ever had to a friend, since most people forget about her.
After graduating from the academy, Ibara worked in several different squads. She took small, unimportant jobs and no one really minded her. The only person that seemed to notice her was the newly elected Squad 10 captain, who reccomended her for the Lieutenant's position. She was very happy to be elevated to such a position, but now thinks it was just a ruse. She suspects Alastor just wanted someone he could trust to do all his paperwork.

Other: By now, Ibara has convinced herself that doing paperwork isnt stressful, and that she actually enjoys it. There may or may not be brainwashing involved in this type of behavior.
