Inui is a genius when it comes to machines and technology. As a result, he has heavily modified a seemingly totaled Vincent, along with introducing original technology, in order to be able to personally participate in the brewing conflict.
Along with his Knightmare, he has developed a special suit, dubbed the "Faiz Armor". It utilizes a special phone-like device which requires the code "5-5-5", followed by pressing "Enter" in order to place the device in "Standby Mode". After inserting the unit into the belt, the armor forms over his body, thus giving him the name "Masked Knight". Along with augmenting his combat abilities and supplying him some armaments (A blade edge weapon, along with enhanced strength and endurance), the suit's main purpose is for piloting his custom Vincent. The device is the activation key and is required if one wishes to pilot the Frame.
Personality⊰
Inui is a rather cheerful character, but also a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to his work. A highly intelligent young man, Inui often has trouble getting along with "normal" with any kind of relationship beyond an acquaintance. He is always thinking, which often causes him to stare off into nothing for extended periods of time. If anything troubles Inui, he often keeps it to himself long enough until he can be alone and then confront his emotions. He has never taken failure easy and despises disappointing others. He acts very mature, yet has the heart of a child which he rarely displays in front of others (unless he is close to them).
As the "Masked Knight", he's very serious and leaves little room to play around. He comes off as being distrusting of all sides but his own. He holds a deep grudge against both the Empire and the Rebellion.

History/Biography⊰
Inui Takumi was born in Japan as an Eleven. At an early age, he was seen as gifted with intelligence, but his family could not put him through the proper schooling, so most of his education was through a basic education system which often left him bored and/or asleep. Once the Black Rebellion began, Inui and his family fled as far away as they could, only to be stopped by Britannian officials just as a small skirmish began.
Inui survived the encounter, and went on, contemplating a way to bring about peace in his own way. He began developing weapons for himself and would eventually create his initial Knightmare frame and power suit as a result of certain help from some special ("Illegal" wink sources. His current goal is to find and protect the Empress and the innocent people who do not wish to be involved, while the other sides destroy each other.
