My heart was racing. I could not stop. Running. He was chasing me. The man that I once called the bogyman was still there. Still after me. My leg was covered in blood, oozing down to my ankles. I couldn’t help but think that this was the end. The end of my life that I haven’t finished yet. I couldn’t see or hear anything. The only thing I could hear was that mans footsteps, running after me through the dark, eerie, woods. I tripped over a log that I didn’t see before. I felt that man grab my ankle, pulling me back. I was terrified. I kicked, but that only made him angrier. I screamed, but nothing came out. He turned my body around to face him, standing above me. He raised his hand, as if to punch me. But I saw a knife instead. He was 4 inches away from stabbing me in the heart and then-

Beep! Beep! Beep!

My Stupid Alarm clock went off. I reached my hand over and pressed the "Shut the hell up! I hear you!" button. It was just a dream. But I still wonder if people are supposed to have the same dream again and again. I didnt want to get up, but I had to.

I lazily rolled out of bed. Literally. I feel on my floor and made a large thump. i heard my mother call from downstairs, "Honey? Are you ok!??"

I didnt reply. I knew she didnt expect an answer. I slowly started to stand up. But I failed and fell on the floor again.

"Ugh. This is hopeless!" I said to myself. I looked at my door and started to crawl towards it. I smiled evily as I slid across my floor on my knees.

I some how managed to get down the stairs, (which I wont say how becuase its to embarrasing) and crawled to the kitchen.

I tugged on my moms pant leg and she looked down at me and laughed.

"I...um....couldnt get up so i....uh.." I mumbled embassased.

She laughed, "Get up off the floor. You 17 not 3." She helped me up and I slid on my kitty slippers to the couch.

"Do you want some breackfast? Or do I have to feed it to you?" My mom said as she giggled.

I smiled and closed my eyes, "A glass of milk is fine."

Before I new it, my mom kissed me on the forehead and I opened my eyes to see her all dressed up and ready for work.

"Goodbye, Cheyenne. I love you."

She handed me my milk and I gave her a hug. "What time will you be home?" I asked.

"Around 9:00."

I was shocked. "In the morning????" I said as I looked at the clock. It was 10:38 am.

Mom laughed at me "No. At night. I gotta go now! I am gonna be late!" She said and she booked it out the door.

I layed on the couch and closed my eyes. "Todays gonna be a good day." I thought, but i had no idea what was coming....
