Questions regarding Gabe and Raph and thir world.
The Almighty

1. Does 'the almighty' have other names (be it something more symbolic or title-esque like 'the One', or something like 'the Creator', etc., be it an actual name (like how according to different faiths, Jehovah, Yahweh or Allah is the name of God), and if so, who knows/uses those names/titles?

Yep, her name name is Andana. She will sometimes be called mom by the Gods but everyone else it's Andana or the Almighty. (Or her future Successor "That ugly old Biotch" )

2. Is it okay to make 'the almighty' into 'the Almighty' when it fits better - so, capitalizing the first letter of that title/name?

Oh totally, it's actually suppose to be Capitalized I'm just to lazy to do so today.
It's hot and I'm all out of frozen hot chocolate ;-;

3. When describing Gabriel and how he is killed by the almighty, you use 'her'. Does this mean that, strictly speaking, the almighty is female, or is it an assumption by others - like the Godavians - that 'she' is female because as their creator, she is like... their mother?

She is definitely a female and a cranky one at that.

4. Are the "lower life forms" aware of Her existance?

Only the ones that she allows her presence to be made to, which is Her future Successor and anyone who would dare get in her way (Such as Gabe and Raphs reincarnated self and their friends)
She doesn't like attention and the lower life forms she feels are worthless and pointless and that they are nothing more than play toys for her children, a way to keep them entertained and out of her hair.

The Godavians, Creation and Eden

5. As you said, Creation - which is basically this story's equivalent of Earth, if I understood everything right - is the world you would find in the Bible. However, since you mentioned the Godavians being the 'Gods', with all religions encompassed, I assume this world is not strictly biblical - there would, for example, be a Vishnu Godavian as well as Jehova, who is mentioned. Am I correct in these assumptions?
-5a. If I am correct, is it okay to mention these Godavians as well?

Creation itself is not aware of the other gods, as far as it's inhabitants know, Jehova is the only god. There have been hints at the other gods but this is only because they drop by to check the place and see what Jehova is up to.

6. Assuming that I was indeed correct, do those belonging to a non-biblical faith end up in either Hell or on Eden as well after they die? Or do they have different 'after-life'-like worlds? Or is Eden just, strictly speaking, paradise, which nearly every religion has in some kind of form?

Oh! That brings up a very good point! And I should have mentioned it earlier! When people Die they are presented with 3 doors. One leads to their religions Heaven, One the gates of Hell and then Limbo. Those of no faith End up in limbo and are the first to be reincarnated.

7. You mention Eden being a smaller, moon-like satellite. Does it also - so, together with the Moon - circle around the "earth", or rather, Creation? Has it taken the moon's place? Or is it a satellite attached to a wholly different planet? Is it, in some shape or form, visible from Creation?
-7a. If it is visible from Creation, are the "lowly lifeforms" aware that this is Eden/paradise?

People of creation can sorta see Eden, it is hidden slightly behind the moon. They are under the belief that it is a second moon, some speculate another planet, but it's always shrouded in darkness from what they can see.

8. Can reincarnation happen to any of those that die, so including those that go to Hell? Only those that reach Eden? Only those that reach Eden that are from a religion that beliefs in reincarnation?

Unfortunately for Gabe and Raphael, reincarnation is open to everyone, including those who go to hell.

Angels, the Fallen and Demons

9. How do Demons come to be? Angels and Fallen (Angels) are mentioned, as well as mortals who end up in Hell and are tortured there. Where do Demons come from? Were they created by the almighty? Were they created by one of the Godavians? Are they mortals who have been tortured there for so long, and so terribly that they lost even the last shred of humanity? Are they Fallen which are warped completely by being in Hell?

Demos occur several different ways. People who have sold their souls to Satan, other evil gods, a prince of Hell or a fallen will turn into Demons shortly after what they wanted has been fulfilled. The Almighty is also known for creating them simply for entertainment purposes. She has even taken several disobedient gods and turned them into demons, making them for the most part her servants

10. Are Demons in constant war with the Angels and Godavians, or are they more like... a different kind of servants of the almighty and/or (one of) the Godavians?

A demons favorite food is Angel. They believe that by eating the flesh of an Angel they might regain their original forms. Demons who are created for the sole purpose of being a Demon are under this belief as well even though they have no form to return to, thus the entertainment purpose. They tend to leave the Godavians alone because they are much more powerful and not worth the risk.
The Almighty does use them as servants sometimes

11. What exactly are the Fallen in this universe?

Fallen are Angels who have cast away all morality and serve only themselves and, if they feel like it, the Almighty. Unlike the Angels fallen don't leave behind a feather, instead they become a black mass left to wander the universe. They can however regain their physical bodies but only if they are able to kill the unborn child of an Angel.

12. You mention how two of the Angels (namely, the two main characters) are killed. However, you become an Angel after death. Does this mean that they end up in hell or that their soul completely ceases to exist?

When an Angel is killed it leaves behind a feather. If the feather is destroyed then their soul ceases to exist. The feather can be used to obtain memories of the Angel. It can also be used for forced reincarnation purposes. For example, The Almighty's successor uses Gabe's Feather to save a friends unborn child, despite Much protest from Jehova.

13. Does Satan/the Devil/whatever you want to call him exist in this universe? If so, is he more like a darker Godavian overseeing Hell, or is he caught there in a way as well, like the Fallen, those that are punished in Hell and as I assume, the demons to a degree as well?

Oh Satan, Exists but he saw that everything was going to go to hell in a hand basket with Jehova skipping town and he followed suit... right to our Earth where he works as a CEO of a large telemarketing company (cause we all know that Telemarketing is the work of something evil) Actually they both Ran off to Earth now that I think of it...

-13a. Do you have any objection to the idea of - regardless of the (non-)existance of Satan - there being a Godavian in... reign, in a way, of hell? Probably one of the Godavians from the polytheistic religions. Either them being also known as Satan, Satan being... stuck there as well and there being a Godavian to oversee the punishment of the sinners and unworthy or Satan not existing at all and there merely being a Godavian as overseer/ruler/reigner of Hell.

No, since Satan has run off someone's gotta run it right? Otherwise things might get out of Hand. It's bad enough that the Princes of Hell don't get along and are constantly fighting.

14. How is the rank of the Angels decided? Based on their earthly life, based on their personality, based on their strengths and weaknesses?

Personality, strengths and weaknesses, which confuses the hell out of a lot of the Angels cause there is not way in Hell, Gabe should have the position that he holds. Of course Jehova and Del can see people for who they truly are and so thankfully it is their decision.

Gabriel, Raphael, Azrael and Sariel

15. First, who exactly are Azrael and Sariel? What kind of Angels are they?

Twin Reapers

16. Is Raphael (almost) the only one calling Gabriel 'Gabe', or do most do that?

Most of the Angels call him Gabe, Uriel and Azrael call him Gabriel.

17. Does Raphael have a nickname?

Most of the other Angels call him Raph or Raphael. Gabe, unfortunately for Raph, has hundreds of names that he likes to call him. Raphy, Raph, Bunny, sweetheart, hunny, darling, snookums, muffin, oh there is a list and it is miles long lol

18. Am I allowed to decide on my own how much time there is between Raphael's death and Gabe's death?

Sure ^_^
