Here's a story about one of my many Naruto characters. Inuki. I got really bored.
It was a dark rainy day, but wasen't it always to people who were going to a funeral. It was always dark their minds always clouded, and not caring for what lies ahead for the moment. Of course that was if you knew the dead one. Personally. If you loved that person with all your heart and they were ficiously taken away from you.
This was not that kind of funeral.
This was a one on one kind of funeral. So to speak. This was a funeral few people knew about or much less cared.
This was a mother's funeral.
Her only child was covered in fresh dirt and was patting the ground with her scarred palms. A single boulder as a marker and flowers placed as a grave. This was the grave of a mother no one cared for and a marker for her child to cry on.
The child whipped her nose on her skinny arm and sobbed once more. This would be the starting of a journey. A journey of survival and this child was going to start it.

The now eighteen Inuki was walking back to the village she was born in after a ten year absence. Her black and white hair stuffed in her black beanie and in a black jumpsuit that loosely fit her. Her ninja shoes on her feet as she walked through familar streets and allies. Cutting into an alleyway she jumped over a fence and into the semi wooded area. A big group of teenagers were hanging out, drinking and laughing, some were sitting on a big boulder while others sat on the flower patch that grew there. The boulder itself had grafitti covering it. Inuki's eye's narrowed into green slits and she frowned.
A older boy around eighteen laughed and walked by her, his cheeks slightly pink from the achohol he was drinking. "Hey. You here for the part-"he started but he was cut off by a leg crashing into his face and sending him flying into a tree. Knocking him out cold.
The rest who weren't entirely intoxicated looked at their fallen friend then at the stranger. "Why'd you do that for?!" shouted someone. Inuki smirked and walked toward the ones hanging out on the boulder.
"What? I'm just here." she picked up a glass bottle and smashed it on a half drunk girl's head, she fell on her face. "For the party." she explained an insane look in her emerald eyes.
Most of the teens charged forward and Inuki disposed of them quickly, leaving them wounded, dead, or sobbing on the ground. She walked up to one of the crying guys and yanked his head up by his hair. "You did this?" she asked pointing to the boulder and the mess they had made. The guy nodded weakly, fresh tears running down his cheeks. "Aw don't worry you won't be crying for long." she said grinning at him and setting his head down. Lifting her foot high over her head she brought it down crushing his skull on impact. He was dead.
"Serves you right." she muttered walking over to the boulder. Using her shirt she began cleaning relentlessly and finished in mere seconds. "Sorry they did this to you mom." she said with a sad smile. "I missed you so very much."
"I became Jounin mom, isn't that cool?"
"And no one makes fun of me anymore!" she placed her forehead against the cool stone.
"But unforunatly now I'm a missing nin and I must leave. Pray for me!" she shouted running off, waving at the boulder, then disapearing in a puff of smoke. An explosion a few yards away sent trees flying.
New rain poured silently and the boulder seemed to cry, the flowers hung their colorful heads, and the heavens seemed to pray for a new addition that had just been sent to hell.
