The Legend of the Golden Hunter
It was there, in the deepest part of the woods, where such an infamous beast lived. The only person having made it out alive of it's territory, had only little time to tell of the horrid experience of meeting the creature only known as the Golden Hunter. The large, reptilian looking humanoid stood over eight feet tall. Despite casting a shadow over anyone it stood in front of, the shining golden helm with a stubby horn, as it was desribed, sparked with the image of a blinding light. The encounter having been in the daylight. Where it's said helmet would always shine brightly in the sun's light. Through the helm, also, would it stare down a person using it's "soul-piercing" eyes. The colour of them being a blazing red mixed with an orange colour. As if the creature had risen from hell itself. Along with the intimidating hell gaze, the creature chose an odd set of clothing to go with it's golden armor. The other piece of gold it wore was on it's left shoulder. Having an unknown marking carved into the middle between the spikes that stubbed out. Making the beast's presence ever more frightening. The thick, crimson coloured pants and large, bulky boots the creature also wore seemed slightly confusing. As if hinting, at one time in it's past, the beast was civilized itself. And wore the fabric to be a part of a community full of it's organized species. But no one was aware of how the creature came to be nor how it even got to such an area to begin with. The mysterious beast had earned it's title of being infamous by showing what it was capable of by leaving half-eaten bodies of dead animals, that also existed in the forest, around it's territory's perimeter. Followed by the signs of empty spaces of land in which groups of giant trees once stood. Most assuming that the creature had torn down the trees with it's inhuman strength and muscles. Thirdly, and the last example, was how much it torn up the first person to have met the beast in a live encounter. Having ripped away one of the person's arms then began to beat the person with it repititve times. Moments after, the creature left him for dead. With what seemed to be, across it's teeth, a pleased grin. Being the last miracle for the person, they survived, and was found by a group of hikers that were returning from the region's mountains. The hikers having enough medical supplies to keep the person alive long enough to hear this horrid tale.
