I really need to change up my nightly routine, because something is seriously making my dreams dive into crazy town.

Might as well fill you in on the latest dream, which freaked me out quite a bit with the creatures I encountered.

I'll write a shorter version first so no one is stuck reading all the details...
So in short: I walked down some stairs to a platform surrounded in perpetual darkness, I came across some pig creature that told me I shouldn't be there and tried pushing me deeper down the stairs, while backing away I ran into a tall dark figure who told the pig I could stay since "It was rare for someone to visit in this form" and he disappeared down the staircase, I wandered around for a few more minutes before I woke back up.

Long version with all the details I could remember (mainly writing the details for myself to remember)
I was walking down a long wooden stair case that seemed to be coming out of the clouds. The midway point was a dark misty platform that seemed to be a cross between a treehouse and a watch tower (but big enough for me to wander). To my right was the only part of the platform with a roof and what I could only describe as a security room with someone or something inside.

The place was in a canopy and the only stairway was to my left. As I was looking around the thing inside of the office spotted me and started advancing on my yelling "You shouldn't be here, you should be down there with the others!" and tried to push me down he staircase.

The best way I could describe this thing was a short boar-like creature that walked on its two back hooves.

Luckily the pig thing wasn't strong or tall enough to push me so I just started backing away from it and the stairway out of mostly confusion and shock when I was suddenly stopped by the feeling of someone directly behind me. What was strange was, by all means I was sure I had ran into this other figure, but when I turned around this thing was still a few inches away.

The figure was tall and with pitch black robes and a just as dark void where his face should have been. I had ran behind the intimidating figure since at this point I felt the most hostility coming from the pig. I remember grabbing onto the cloak and it felt almost silk-like.
It looked down at me for a brief moment before directing its face to the pig. It's voice was defiantly male and deep toned. It talked to the pig with what I could only describe authority with a hint of amusement "Let her stay, it's rare for someone to visit here in her form." and just like that, he vanished down the stairs. The pig grumbled and went back into the building, leaving me to walk around for a few more minutes, when nothing else happened I woke up.

And this is what happens when my dreams go a bit too smoothly...
