DOGS: I have a dog, Rosie, and she's about 10 years old and practically useless. Since I'm only 12, I didn't really CHOOSE to get her. For a few years I hated her and had wished we had gotten a different dog. Rosie is a english sheep dog, hairy, and pretty ugly. She used to come in the house a lot, but she got really big and old and grouchy so now she's outside all the time. My mom always feels bad for her because she is practically living to eat to live. But recently I decided, "Hey, this is the only dog I'm going to have until I move out and get my own, so why spend my whole life hating her? She's just a dog." Now I feed her every day and give her treats. I rub her head and tell her I love her every day. Now I know when she dies I'm going to be very sad. It doesn't matter if I love her or hate her. She's my dog and I should at least play with her and pay attention to her like she is alive, because she is, and she wont be for long.
FROGS: We have a pond in our back yard, and its kinda small, but cool. You can plug it in and the water goes down this waterfall. There are two benches out there and it is usually pretty peaceful. I go out there a lot to read and do homework and such. The worst thing is probably the bees, but you get over them. (Or run away XD) So yeah, enough babbling. Usually in the winter the frogs and toads leave because its cold. Then by Spring they start coming back! So the frogs and toads have started to come back! Hooray! So I go out there this morning and there are two frogs. I caught the little one, and named her Gwen. I name all of my frogs/toads. But anyways so I let Gwen go and I tried to get the other one. I really did. I want to catch that frog more then anything. BUT NO. That frog DOES NOT want to be caught. I almost caught it 3 times! It lets you get JUST close enough, then jumps away. It makes you want to pull out all of your hair!
TOADS: I have two toads and my sister has two also. I named mine Juliet and Brennan. Brennan I like best. He is so much fun! Tee hee.
My sisters are Giraro and Kararo. Yeah, odd. Hers are little and black, mine are bigger and green-ish brown-ish. Mine are so fun! I have pictures of mine:JULIET: Juliet <33

Squee! At night the males call their mates and its so funny. In a few of Brennan's pictures you can see him doing just that. Even when I was holding him! XD He's so awesome.
OTHER STUFF: School is almost over. Hooray! I love the outdoors. I am going to basketball camp (actually 2) the week after school ends. I will get good so I can be on the 7th grade team! biggrin
My daddy is quitting smoking! I feel so good, because I am the main reason. He is using patches, and he's been doing it for 1 day. Next Friday I am buying him dinner for being such a good boy! biggrin I love him so.
