Hi, the Gaian Grand Bazaar has a newbie guide in his website

My take on cheap but good kindred for farming:
The kindred that you can obtain playing the game as a kinegg drops and boss drops tend to be some of the best cost/benefit option.

Although some that are obtainable in rigs could be cheaper, they are scarcier. Many kindred are obtainable in Rigs, the most expensive kindred are only obtainable in limited time Gcash rigs. (But you can wait for re-releases in new rigs)

The most efficient kindred for farming are called Tree Killers (because of a Tree boss that gives a lot of platinum). Kinegg-drop and Boss drops Tree Killers are more easily obtainable in game, thus it's easier to find them in the MP.

Kinegg-drop Tree killers:

Sakura Pegacorn Puff (moderately expensive), and Miasmal Kinmaera are relatively powerful with very good health and better accuracy than most kindred (making them stronger than Watermeat below) they are the best in terms of cost/benefit. Other less powerful kindred with good accuracy are Miasmal Terra, Dark Tama (moderately expensive and scarce cuz' it's rig obtainable) and (normal) Kinmaera that is less powerful than the miasmal version but still good against Trees.

Watermeat (cheap), Miasmal Cabochomp and Miasmal Wi-fi the poodle and Miasmal Jimbei have outstanding attack but except for Watermeat, they are really scarce, they used to be inexpensive.

Kindred like Fuego, Chocolate Cow, Soldier Mouse, Pumpae (weak until after evolving/learning candy crash skill) and the rarer Ember the Spirited Fox are moderately good, obtainable in eggs, only the later is a bit expensive, all of them you can obtain for free in the Kindred Depot run by the generous Hiretsu Jiketsu or in other charities just make sure to follow their rules! wink .

Miasmal chiclex, miasmal stoke, miasmal myotistrike and are well balanced between health and attack but they take longer to evolve/get strong.

Kindred obtainable through Rigs:

Those are more scarce and people could put really high price tags. Check the most popular ones in Baazar's tree killer list.

The ones with 5 stars tend to be mostly from limited time RIGS, that means they are either currently Gcash obtainable or only obtainable in the MP (but they re-release them after months) and tend to have really high prices but not always as you could find some going for 200k-300k (Usually the most recent Kindred anounced in the banner.). Teasqueak has been an exception because they have kept a regular supply of that kindred.

Affordable Kindred from Rigs are usually those ranked 4 stars or lower from the list. Some can be obtained through non-Gcash Lake Kindred obtainable Rigs. Notable examples are King Corgi, Dusky Florette, Excitable Sloth and Pombae (really scarce). Others like Fafnir's hatchling (Bahamut, Tiamat, Starlight, etc.) need a Shard to splice them.

More information about power level of kindred and Tree Killers and weaker kindred:
The so called "Tree killers" are classified like that because they have the most powerful attack and good health thus making them the best for efficiency in leveling up and farming, capsules and platinum (the stage 5 of kindred wilds boss is a Tree and gives you 608/1216 plat sometimes after defeating it)

My rule of thumb is to get kindred that gains 9 or more points of damage each level and atleast 10 or more health per level. They are the ones that can defeat other kindred in 1 hit and the bosses in as less hits as possible while resisting enemy attacks.

If you want to have a team of easy to level and powerful kindred i recommend you checking Baazar's list. It contains a list of the kindred that are most useful to farm and easier to level up because they win combats easily. All the ones that are 4 stars or lower tend to be affordable.

You can find some of them like Soldier Mouse, Miasmal Chiclex and Shadow Grunny for free in the Generous kindred depot here or in other of the charities of the forum.

And on weak kindred, is most efficient to level them manually to 5-8, but past those levels is harder. My rule of thumb is that any kin that increases its damage less than 7 should be just left at lvl 5 and then buy potions for them.

Information about capsule drops:
The capsules with highest drop rates are capsules from Land of Sweets in the stage 5 and Milky Way Stage 5, the last stages you unlock at level 21.

Here is a list of drop rates List It is hard to say which is better, although you can farm a lot more of those and currently you still get more for plat for them, they usually sell for low prices, and their prices will keep lowering making others capsules better options.

Info about Amulets:
Red Accuracy (Square) and Plat finder (Diamond) amulets are the most worthwhile as the most powerful kindred with the best stats don't benefit much from extra health, resistance, or life, they are also the most sought after and are scarce.

Now you need to know this about its usefulness for experience:

The green amulets that give you an elemental % of experience, and especially the circle amulets that give you neutral % of experience are useful to level up kindred manually (I usually level manually up to lvl 10) as they give you an extra point of experience no matter if the % is 1% or more, but you need to match the experience of the kindred you're battling with except the circle one that gives you +1 exp point every battle. A combination of a neutral circle amulet + an elemental experience amulet (e.g. Wood in Lake Kindred where the majority of enemies are Wood element) will grant you 2 extra exp points per battle boosting up the leveling up process.

Red amulets used for experience aren't usually the best, unless they increase accuracy as well because a single potion costs 500p, the same as unequiping the amulet, and leveling up past level 6 - 7 stats being too time consuming, you'd rather buy a potion instead. They are only worth it if you are leveling your kindreds without potions to level 50 as a challenge. Is usually only after battles with kin of level 20+ when higher % of the amulets stars to matter.

The main reason people buy green amulets is to use them to alchemize (produce) red amulets, that's a reason green amus prices sometimes increase.

Rerolling amulet slot Tips:
I recommend you getting a small variety of amulets of different shapes, and using re-roll amulet potions on your kin (for those unlucky kin that get only 1 slot or 2). Just buy those potions that modify 3 slots and use them until you get 3 slots or a circle slot + another slot, (avoid using those 300p potions that modify 1 slot if you can except for Kindred where you want a permanent slot shape) I mean potions are costly as well. If you aren't lucky and don't get a circle slot don't sweat that extra exp point that much.

Buy chirpette bundles as they are cheaper than 10 Ally potions, it's like 400-450p per potion if you are patient.

You definitely want to place the best amulets on your best kindred(s), using all their 3 slots to maximize your profits (you only need like 1 or 2 kin with good amulets to farm plat, stamina potions are v cheap)
