So, a month ago, school started. Yahyahyah, whatever. And my family decided to have an foreign exchange student from Korea to come live with us for a year! Her name's Erica (which isn't her real name, though, of course) and she's really cool. My mom SWEARS we're twins, and our families are so alike it's not even funny.
Our parents are the same age, we're the same age, and our little brothers are the same age (and both like running around in their underwear).

My mom put highlights in her hair, and our science teacher got mad and said: "Did the number of streaks grow in here, or is it just me?"
My mom got pissed at that, and said if our teacher said anything else about Erica's new hair, to say something really rude back to her. She never did, though.
Everyone in school is spazzing about the dance.

Seriously, though... I already know who I'm going with. blaugh heart But I'm not telling. It's a secret!
But what to wear? Ah ha.
School's okay. BORING, but okay. I didn't really expect it to be UBER SPEESHO && KEWL WHOAAA, you know? lol A lot of old people came back. It was a shock, but a good one.
And since we're already talking about school, they repainted like.. the whole entire place. It was crazy, but we adjusted to it all quickly. Technology is NOT in the computer lab anymore, but in the Spanish classroom. And instead of using computers, we use these special little laptops, which I dislike very much.
We have a lot of new teachers too, and quite a few got fired or quit. I was talking with a friend or two, and we wondered what became of them. We guessed that they're all probably still teaching, in a different and public school(s).
The new fifth grade teacher looks mean, like our old one, Mrs. Haney.
Only, younger and skinnier and blond and bug-eyed. xD But I don't have her, so, hey. I'm a grateful maggot.
Our new Spanish teacher is ANNOYING, though, and I do have her. UGHH. scream She always speaks in Spanish, and I don't know what she's saying to us half of the time, because none (or very few) know any Spanish.
"I LEFT MY CUADERNO IN MY CASA" (-Angelo) is probably the best sentence any of us could think up.

Our new math teacher is weird, and forgetful. She calls us "dudes" and "peeps", and reminds me of my dad way too much. One of the upperclassmen (Did I just say 'upperclassmen'? Hmm, I wonder if I'm running some sort of fever today?) told me that she forgot how to multiply...
Well, anyway, a few weeks ago (maybe two, or one and a half), we all went shopping, including Erica (duh). It was the day before Labor Day, so there was this REALLY BIG SALE. biggrin We bought so much stuff (ahem, not really). 4laugh I believe that I bought a shirt or two from American Eagle, and three shirts from Hot Topic (salesalesalesalesale). One AE shirt had "LIVE YOUR LIFE" on it; and the other had some instruments on the front and on the back, it read "Music Happens".
From Hot Topic, I purchased one "Queen" band t-shirt (I've never listened to them... any good??); one green/black/brown shirt with a deer that looks like Bambi on the front, and these weird little frills at the ends (It's big on me, so I have to clip the sleeves.); and the last one has this weird design on the bottom-right that I can't make out very well.
I think it's a heart, and something else, though.
I should be doing homework now, but I'm lazy. mad
Currently, I'm obsessing over Miyavi, the Japanese singer. razz I know, I know. Just shoot me already, eh? And Erica's obsessing over a Korean band, Shinhwa. I think they're basically the Backstreet Boys of Korea, but they're good.
I like Se7en, too, but she's like, "He sucks, rawrrawrrawr."
And the next day, I catch her with my iPod, listening to Se7en's "Passion".

I'm too excited for the weekend. 3nodding This week has felt like, wayyyyy long. sweatdrop I'm exhausted. But I'm sure they're going to just BURY us in homework, so I won't have any time to RELAPSE and RELAX (Haha, sorry. I couldn't resist..)
