Not long since my last update, but hell..I need to vent.
So, I've been sick. And going on field trips. Because of this, I've missed an assload and a half of schoolwork. And, by school policy, it is declared missing until I make it up. Meaning that my grade drops at least two letter grades, depending on the amount of work.
So, now all I have left to make up is my Honors Bio (lucky me, I forgot the binder today..). But with as much as I missed, the parent-checker thing says I have a D+. Of course, my mother s**t her pants, and now I'm grounded for a school policy I can't control. On top of it all, when I tried to explain to her what was going on, she muttered something about me bullshitting her, and decided to e-mail Mr. Burke, my teacher. There's always been an issue of trust between me and her, but ******** just crossed a line I can't sit back and ignore.
It's really not the fact that she's e-mailing my teacher, but more or less the fact that she's never trusted me. At all. She yells at me all the time for not giving her a reason to trust me, but she never does anything on her side to build that trust back up. It's gotten to the point where I've stopped caring. I'll be out of here in less than three years. There's no point in me trying to build trust with a woman I hate.
