As long as opponents can see her, she can hypnotize them into seeing or believing anything she wants them to. There's no way to get out of it once it's on you, and even if you know it's going to happen, there's no way you can see through it. The only way to get around it is not to look at Bakuya *at all*, which makes fighting her a lot harder.
