[Backstory]: Keira didn't grow up knowing the love of a parent, like a young girl should. Her mother died on the day she was born, due to blood loss. She never knew her father for very long either; as he came down with a disease and died when she was only a few months old. She grew up under the care of her elder brother, Sanosuke, who she grew to look up to as a father figure.
On the day she was to graduate from the Academy, something horrible happened to her brother; he was called out to a mission to fend off enemy shinobi. Luck wasn't on his side that day, and he ended up getting himself killed. Keira now looks upon that day with regret and uses her brothers memory to become even stronger.
During her days as a Genin, she was showing little to no improvement in her ninja abilities. Her sensei noticed this, and began to focus his attention more on her than her teammates. She seemed to be rather good at Taijutsu, but her other skills needed alot of work.
Ignoring this handicap, her team was able to complete many mission easily. Keira was a major help in this area, as her ability to gather information was superior. She was able to come up with incredible strategies, and carry them out efficiently. This was noticed by her concerned sensei, and hope was restored.
After many years, when she became a Chuunin, the Third Hokage had begun to aknowledge her abilities. She was deemed one of Konoha's scarce spies, and was able to easily advance to a Jounin after.
[Appearance]: Keira wears the normal Jounin outfit; the vest and pants are the defining features. Her vest isn't as... puffy as the others are and she wears a tight short-sleeved shirt under it. She has long dark brown hair which is usually kept in a loose ponytail thrown over her shoulder. Her eyes are blue, but look gray at a glance, or unless you decide to be a stalker and stare all day. Her Konoha headband is worn on her forehead, the tie going behind her hair.
[Personality]: Keira is more of a first impressions person; she's nice when you first meet her but becomes more strict as the bond becomes tighter. She is short tempered and violent, and will resort to violence in deemed nessesary. Aside from that, she is rather easy to get along with, and also a choice member to have with you on missions.
[Dreams / Domestic Talents / Hobbies]: Keira enjoys teaching students at the Academy in her free time; she absolutely adores children. She doesn't have many dreams at her age anymore; she became a fairly accomplished shinobi over the years.
[Abilities]: Keira's jutsus aren't really all that amazing; she usually relies on taijutsu to get her through her battles. There is a rare occasion where she will use a Fire Style jutsu, or her signature jutsu; Kamekaze.
As you may know, Kamekaze basically means 'suicidal'. And that's exactly what the move is to the most literal sense; a one hit K.O, or a finishing strike on her side. Keira has to gather all her chakra basically in one hand, which, of course, takes alot of time. A diversion would need to be made until the move is prepared. At the moment the user is ready to strike, they have to release the chakra in the enemys direction. If it hits, it's almost sure to kill the opponent. But if it misses, it leaves the user wide open to an attack and their chakra is depleted to almost nothing making dodging an enemies jutsu nearly impossible.

[Family]: She killed her parents and elder brother, but the rest of her clan was left alive.
[Backstory]: Shiori was born into a minor clan in the Sand Village on July 18. She grew up living a pretty normal life with her clan, who was known for their scientific contributions to their village. Most of the clan ended up ranking from medical-ninja to Jounin.
Even when she was a young child, she liked bothering others just to get a reaction out of them. Although her intentions weren’t evil ones, they were sometimes thought of as such. As a result, she often got into trouble with her family or teachers. Whether it was teasing, stealing, or just playing a prank on someone, she seemed to have no remorse for whatever she had done until she had been caught.
Although, despite all this, she was acknowledged as a Scientifical Genius, though she never considered herself one. One could call her a prodigy, but that wouldn’t be entirely correct. It was true she advanced faster than someone her age normally would, but she had trouble grasping the concept of whatever was given to her regarding the Human Body, the major reason she didn’t choose to become a medic.
When she was approximately 14 was the year she had decided to kill off her family. It is still unconfirmed whether or not she did it because of a grudge she had, but it is the most likely explanation, due to her vengeful nature. She has told no one, not even her partner in Akatsuki, why she chose to do such a thing. It has remained in her brain, possibly to muse over or think about how she may have carried it out differently.
That would probably explain her rather random visits to outer space through her mindset sometimes.
[Appearance]: Shiori has a rather odd trait for someone formerly a member of the heated Sunagakure; straight black hair that ends somewhere after her shoulder blades. Her eyes are more or a jaded green mixed in with a bluish tint, giving her a rather exotic look. Her clothing usually consists of the Akatsuki cloak, ring, and nail polish. She still wears the headband of her former village on her forehead with one change; a straight horizontal scratch through the metallic plate, showing her exile and her cancelled allegiance to her birthplace. Under the cloak, she wears black shinobi clothes, with fishnets extending from the middle of her thigh down to her ankles.
[Ring]: Byakko, the White Tiger
[Personality]: Shiori usually is very calm and mild-tempered, meaning you have to practically force her to the point for her temper to light. After you get her angry, the slightest thing will make her snap, and her personality changes slightly.
She is naturally short tempered and violent, and doesn't hesitate to inflict pain. She makes empty threats to get her provoker off her back, and to force a safe distance between them.
[Dreams / Domestic Talents / Hobbies]: Shiori doesn't really have time to have any hobbies, as her alliance with the Akatsuki keeps her busy as it is. She became rather good at "cooking", as imagined in my head awhile back.
[Kekkei Genkai]: Shiori's clan carries around a unique bloodline limit as well. The origin of the technique is unknown, but it allows the member of the clan to fuse together the pollutants into the air an invisible to light tan colored ball, while she can choose to do various things with it. She can either choose to make it explode on the spot, or to shoot it at her opponent, causing them to inhale massive contents of the pollutants.
Although the move can’t be performed near water, as the reason is still unknown, she prides herself into thinking she mastered it, when, in reality, she’s not even close.
[Abilities]: Aside from her Kekkei Genkai, she has two main moves.
Her first jutsu doesn't really have a name, but she uses it to eliminate Shadow Replications. She has to gather a sufficient amount of chakra in her hand, while her palm is open. When she is ready to perform the jutsu, she clamps her hand(s) shut, causing the replications do dissolve, by sending out a thin wave of chakra, much like a radio wave, enough to eliminate the clones.
Her second move is almost like a normal Fire style jutsu, but with a twist. Using a genjutsu to make the fire appear like it's shining, she uses it basically as a diversion. Concentrating most of her chakra to the tip of the flames, she makes it explode on contact, whether it hits the ground or her opponent. It uses up a lot of chakra, but it's also her favorite move.

[Backstory]: Seiji was always made fun of when he was in the academy. He was usually taunted because of his bugs, or because he was always so silent and "creepy". He wasn't feared, but many used to pick on him because they knew he wouldn't do anything. He was an excellent student though, specializing in knowledge.
The day he graduated, he was tormented by bullies who believed he had no right to become a shinobi. They stole his headband, and started playing "keep-away". They actually only did it out of concern; he never did have many friends, and they were trying to toughen him up so he would be looked up to by someone. Unfortunately, they went about it the wrong way, and caused the idea to start forming in his head to betray Konoha.
When he got older, and he was on a mission as a Genin, he encountered the enemy and the bullies from long ago near the same location. He, still carrying the deep hatred and grudge, sold them out to the enemy. He later escaped so he wouldn't be caught. His travels bought him to a nearby village, which he soon found out was the Sound Village. Eventually, he was recruited into Orochimaru's gang, but he never saw him face-to-face. As a result, he has little to no knowlege of Orochimaru, so taking him as a hostage would be rather useless.
Seiji was labeled as a traitor, and was never seen by his village again, at least directly.

He wears half-rimmed sunglasses that rest on the bridge of his nose, a little ways down from his eyes, and they never come off his face. His eyes are dark and black, always narrowed. His headband is worn around his neck, much like Hinata's. His hair is long and black, tied into a tight ponytail with his long hair running down his back.
[Personality]: Seiji is rather quiet, and only speaks when needed. He lets his facial expressions do the talking most of the time, and isn't a very social person. He's very solitary, and whenever he does speak, it's usually an insult.
