As they entered the forest Saku scouted ahead first as to ensure the safety of his troops they could not suffer such a troop loss nor the moral to decrease so dramatically before a battle.

Saku: Hmm, nothing, thats strange.

He kept walking ahead not sensing any type of danger around them.

Naoki: Maybe they want a fair fight, after all they are still angels.
Saku: That could be, pride is shown on both sides of the battlefield.
Naoki: Well I will set up camp.

Naoki walked off into a clearing with a building group.

Naoki: Alright this is sufficient space to start up a camp, get to work.

The workers began their job of constructing a camp site suitable for battle. The soldiers began readying their equipment for their upcomming battle, for some it would be their last and in preparation wrote letters to their families back home, others only sought to further their mettle and sat quietly thinking on the matter at hand. Saku on the other hand was quite shaken up being here and not being disturbed yet, not even a raid party was sent to kill some of them or disrupt the building of the base.

Saku: This isnt right.
Geddoe: Your right something is amiss isnt it.
Saku: Huh, whos there?

Saku spun around looking for a foe with his sword unsheathed only to find mist and falling leaves, he scanned the trees looking for his devilish rival yet found nothing it was as if nobody was ever there, as if he had imagined the whole thing, as he turned around he saw his opponent, someone he never wanted to meet on the field of battle, his brother, no wonder this unit was so feared, and had made it this close the the city without any trouble.

Geddoe: Awww, come now little brother is that anyway to great your own blood.

He said with a scream as he pulled his sword and thrusted at Saku. Saku slid out of the way and retaliated with his own attack and grabbed Geddoe's sword hand and pulled him close.

Saku: Be serious brother you know you cannot hurt me with that blade.
Geddoe: Hahaha, true little brother, true, but it will nullify the effects of your Celestial Armor.
Saku: This armor means nothing even without it you could never defeat me.
Geddoe:Thats my Angel of a brother proud till the end, which isnt that long now is it.
Saku:And alas, my Fallen brother, just as proud as I am, maybe more so, perhaps you have become arrogent at your time in exile brother.
Geddoe: No, just stronger.

At this last statement Geddoe let out a yell which startled and awoken the camp sending them into a panic. Slinging Saku away like nothing he laughed as if he had won a battle.

Geddoe: Now! Can you compete with that, huh little Saku.
Saku: You insult me Geddoe, I didnt expect you to be this powerful
Geddoe: Now who is insulting who.
Saku: Heh, im guessing you didnt come here for small talk.
Geddoe: Your right I came to destroy your leader.
Saku: I am the leader.
Geddoe: Well well, my little brother is a General. Well then brother im afraid this is where we fight to the death yes?
Saku: I guess so.....

Geddoe tightened the grip on his sword and began to work his dark armor around it was the same armor he wore when he was a general just as Saku was, yet his was tainted with malice, hatred and a natural lust for battle, not to mention he was tired of Gods rules so he decided to leave heaven and dispatched many of the greatest warrior heaven had, just to prove that he was better than them all.

Geddoe: LETS GOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Saku: ILL KILL YOOOOUUU!!!!!!!

Geddoe charged at Saku with great speed and ferocity swinging his great sword towards his ribs. Saku quickly jumped and came down with his great sword aiming to crush his brothers head. Geddoe stopped easily and smirked with a 'Hmph' thrown in there just to taunt Saku. As Saku's blade finally made contact with Geddoe's Geddoe pushed Saku away with his other hand and charged him again and plunged his sword towards him only hitting the ground as Saku rolled out of the way swinging his blade in an attempt of catching his brother off guard, but to no avail, his brother had already guessed that he would try this and tilted his head back just barely getting out of the way of the blade.

Geddoe: My, my little brother you have become stronger havent you.
Saku: Yes in your absence I have had to reclaim pride to our families name.
Geddoe: Tch, grow up and realize what your doing is pointless soon enough you will see the truth.
Saku: I know whats right and whats wrong, and you brother are wrong.
Geddoe: Still as blind as always huh Saku.
Saku: QUIET!!!!

With that outburst the battle ensued with no victor as neither of them could even come close to comming in contact with each other.

Geddoe: This is pointless Saku, we cant even hit each other.
Saku: Given, but I will not falter.
Geddoe: Me either, but I think this is must be a test of our military prowress what do you think?
Saku: Fine, you are right this can only be settle as you suggest.
Geddoe: Then we agree not to participate in this battle correct.
Saku:....Correct, neither you nor I shall fight this one.
Geddoe: Fantastic, it was nice to see you again little brother.

Geddoe walks away and back to his camp.

Saku: Yes, it was nice to see you too........my brother.

Saku put his sword away and began back to camp. As soon as he entered Naoki approached him.

Naoki: Who was that?

Shinku was right behind Naoki waiting to hear who could endure such a battle with Saku.

Saku: It was my brother.

Naoki and Shinku were both stunned by the answer that Saku had given. Soon after Saku went to his tent and refused council even from Naoki and Shinku. His mind was distraught, to think he would have to face his own brother in combat, it was something he had never wished to endure. After countless hours of toil under a candle organizing strategies and tactics he fell asleep on his scrolls.
