guess what?I don't have aquaphobia any more! I've overcome it. how? I jumped into the deep end of the pool and swam all the way across. I almost had a panic attack but surprisingly I made it out alive. After a couple jumping into the pools and having panic attacks, I can now swim all the way across from the shallow end to the deep end! I"m so proud of myself. >W< Now I can go wherever I want in the swimming pool. It was really scary at first but I knew if I didn't do it, I'd be scared for the rest of my life.
