just be active in the guild. Start reading what is posted, you don't have to agree with everything, and you can state your opinion, and know that others won't agree with you all the time either. It's just a pouring into one and onto another and visa versa. Just be open, and talk to people. You'll be surprised the relationships you can build and the lives you change just by being active. I never expected to become Vice Captain of CoC and I didn't know my life and my words would change people's lives, but it has. You never know the impact you may have on someoen unless you step up and out of your comfort zone.

Honestly, we don't just randomly pick people. It's people who have been active in the guild and I and the other guild crewies have prayed about accepting into the role of crew. We're careful who we let into leadership and who we don't let into leadership. Are you new to the guild? I've never seen you post before.
