Well I don't want to push your ego, but you seem like that someone she is looking for for a bf.
Somethings take time. And sometimes its better not to rush, but instead let it flow. You'll have a better idea on what to do after you confront your guy friend.

Well, keeping in your emotions for her is always an option. I wouldn't say it's the healthiest though.
Another option (which might not be for you either) is to talk it over with this friend of yours that likes her? Though, usually the common things that happen is that either the friend is considerate enough to back off a little bit on liking the girl/guy, or turns the situation into a competition to see who can get the girl/guy before the other friend does.
If this friend of yours says that he's fine with you liking her and even possibly going out with her, then like mentioned before, go into it slowly and don't rush on her. It can be quite overwhelming and maybe intimidating.
