Background: The Music Meister is a one-time villain on Batman: The Brave and the Bold. When he sings at a certain pitch, he can control others and make them do what he wants---via song!
Bullies used to pick on him because he sang in choir. But something very strange occurred when he kept singing higher. The ruffians around him quickly fell into a trance---and it was then, with wicked glee, he made those puppets dance!
He always wears his double note, and his costume can change at the drop of a hat...literally. Name a genre of music, and the Music Meister has a costume for it.
The best defense is a good set of earplugs. Failing that, high-pitched noises can disrupt his influence.
