Aether Seppu

My name as you can see above, is Aether Seppu. I have recently joined Gaia at the request of a friend. I am eighteen years old, with currently...dark green, long hair. I have grey eyes with two green specks on my right eye's Iris.

I take part in many activities, lately however, I am a court magistrate in the United Kingdom. During my time off, I study Psychology, Law, and Mathematics at my nearest college.

I tend to like people who like me because of who I am, not what I am, I also like playing chess, draughts, poker, completing puzzles, and also doing IQ tests. The highest score I have reached so far is 205, and I have joined High Society IQ and a few other "clubs" like it.

I also like many other things, these include Martial Arts, especially Wushu, preferably the non contact display sport, acting, and dance. I have participated in one or two competitions for all of them, and also contact martial arts.

However, when it comes to literature or writing, I am literate as much as I can be, and a little bit of a perfectionist, though not too much. When it comes to books, I like to read everything and anything, I currently have a rather large collection on fiction, including Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling, Artemis Fowl by Eoin Colfer, Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien. Though those are the more mundane of my collection, I have many more in my study that I could probably name, but I don't have the time.

While I am not doing any of the above, I love to spend time with my sister, whom on Gaia is known as Quellu, I like to spend time doing things that a brother and sister should...and sometimes probably shouldn't. How many elder brothers would take their little sisters out for a date on Valentines day? You? I thought not. I enjoy walking, horse riding, and getting away from it all by camping in the middle of nowhere, my favourite place at the moment is Zennor, in Cornwall.

My favourite type of food, would probably have to be...crab sticks, processed normally, but it doesn't matter, crab does taste nice, and it leaves a pleasant yet hardly noticeable after taste, which is great when you are trying to figure out what you want to eat while on a date with a potential girl friend. Do not go for anything with Garlic or Tuna.

When it comes to drink however, I am a slightly classic drinker, I prefer things such as brandy, sake, rice-wine, vodka, cherry. In fact, most of the spirits I am keen to drink. However, non-alcoholic drinks, would probably come under fresh spring water or if that isn't there, green tea. There is nothing like green tea to kick start the day, or wind down to in front of an open fire. You should try it some time, it is good for you.

I also like my share of music, I prefer classical, but that is only because the music of today often has way too much screaming for my tastes. Occasionally I will listen to Radio 1, UK...to catch up with the latest music, I don't like Hiphop, Reggae, Rave, or Extreme Heavy Metal. Punk is also not on my like list. Yet I have been known to listen to HIM, or My Chemical Romance on occasion. I've even listened to Evanescence. My favourite kind of music though, the one you'll catch me listening too more often, is atmospheric, such as Project Divinity, or Celestial Aeon Project, which can be downloaded for free here.

I don't watch too much TV as you can probably guess from all of my likes and dislikes, in fact, I often have to buy the DVD's of any programs that I want to watch because I keep missing the programs. Sci-fi such as Doctor Who, Stargate SG-1, Medical Drama such as Grey's Anatomy, Holby City, Legal Drama such as CSI (any), Law and Order (Any, but I prefer Criminal Intent) various Documentaries especially those made by Sir David Attenborough. As you could probably decipher from this, I am into Action some slight comedy, but mainly drama and tense films, Darkness Falls was a good film in my eyes.

The best kind of weather I like, is when it is overcast, possibly even raining, just before is a really good time, especially just before a storm. It is really interesting to here the silence as the birds disappear, the cars slow, and all you can hear is the silence that comes just before a good storm. Then the electric goes out...that is what I don't like about storms.

I don't have many dislikes as such, at least none that I haven't mentioned, and I'm a fairly open person so I don't mind that much.

Where am I going with my life you ask? Well...I don't know, and I probably don't want to know...I'll probably end up being another sponge off society or what not then again you never know, I might just make something of myself.

Role-Model? Who's my role-model, um...anyone who gives it their best shot really and goes down fighting, yes I like people like that, but I also like the people who know when they are losing a battle and back down only to return and win the war just later on.
