Specs: Poly-Mimetic Alloy comprised of Hafnium-Carbide kept in a liquid metalic state. All form and function regulated by a system of nanobots along an electromagnetic skeleton. Specialized nanobot clusters near the hands, feet, shoulders and head to form weaponry and transportation tech. Human brain still present but kept in a remote and unknown location, all commands relayed on a special frequency. Brain also enhanced by electronics.

Weaponry: Two plasma bolt gattling guns that may sprout from the wrists. Plasma bolts are a special type of plasma discharge that gathers static electricity as it moves through the air increasing the power but becomes unstable and dissipates after 200 feet.
Two missile racks that house heat seeking missiles.
One flamethrower in the skull.
One satellite laser.
Liquid metal can also reform into rudementary blunt or blade weapons if need be.

Each nanobot is equipped with miniature versions of these.

Primary: Beta particle generator, creating constant current from passing beta particles that continually bombard Earth.
Secondary: Solar power converters, regrouped in microscopic ridges for improved collection efficiency, arrayed on shoulders and headpiece.
