History:
Nessa grew up thinking she was a normal child. What she didnt know that she was an experiment. Her DNA was changed to be immune to all disease...with one side affect, mutant abilites. At the age of 13 she had fully developed her gift of Teleportation. She spent years keeping it secret, not wanting to be marked as a freak by loved ones. At the age of 19 she was contacted by "The Agency" to become a member. She gratfully accepted, along with other agents that had be contacted. She then studied deeper into Justu to become a spy for "The Agency". She exceled greatly! Nessa is now known as Agent Post it Note.
