the best way to get friends in either Rally's/Town's, you can find those places by going to "community" tab, or "games" tab. Or by going to threads, which is the way i make friends. The money part...i recommend something called "booty grab," which is where you click on people "aquariums," which are normally shown in their signatures, when they are glowing. (i'm so bad at explaining things...) but do you have a trading pass?
