Canary narrowed her eyes at the man in front of her. She instantly took notice of his mask and raised a brow. Looking him up and down she let out a laugh. "And who are you supposed to be?" she asked, staying very still and alert. "Do you normally lurk around in the shadows? Or are you just another fanboy?" She said stepping over the burglar who was still tied up. Reaching slowly in her pocket she took out a cigarette and lit it. Leaning against the wall she crossed her arms and blew out a ring of smoke. "Well?" she asked glaring at him.

by the time he had gotten there she had already changed and hid everything. she sat there with a smirk, everything was hidden outta sight thankfully "who are you talking to mister?" a cute voice called out in the dark "i saw someone run past me awhile ago, with some bags" giggled "is there something i can help you with maybe?"

It was past midnight and the streets of Gotham were bustling with secret activity. All the decent citizens were at home asleep, and now the scum of Gotham were out to continue their life of crime. "This city never sleeps." said a very restless Black Canary as she jumped from roof to roof. She was chasing a very crafty burglar she had caught trying to break in through somebody's window. They had been going at it for about ten minutes, but Black Canary never gave up that easily. She picked up the pace and took a shortcut around another building, jumping off, and landing right in front of the burglar. He looked terrified and Canary just smiled. "You just made me jump ten buildings. I'm exhausted and now....I'm pissed." she finished, picking up the burglar by his collar. She punched him in the face several times and tied him up. "That oughta do it." she smirked, and turned her head to the shadows. "Now, what do YOU want?" she called out to the stranger she'd known was there all along.

Batman noticed how the masked vigilante took down the thugs....not like he would do it. So Batman jumped at him, alerting the other thugs and scaring them as well. This is the part where all of you leave. As the thugs ran away, Batman turned to face the stranger, standing tall before him. Who are you? And what are you doing in my city?

A young girl was running across the rooftops, laughing as she ran. soon the sounds of sirens were heard racing off to a near by bank, it was just robbed by an unknown, masked villain, but that wasnt the only thing that was robbed, a museum was as well. a priceless gem was taken. "haha damn cops are the same every where too slow and dumb to react right away" kept running till she was far enough away to stop and relax. she sat down on a random rooftop and sighed.

The Dark Knight Crusader

Batman was riding on the Batmobile, doing his usual patrolling along the streets of Gotham. Criminal activity was to its all time minimum, which worried Batman deeply. He passed by Crime Alley when he suddenly noticed a strange figure walking by, someone he hadn't seen before. He parked the Batmobile near that area and continued afoot, following the figure from the rooftops.
