Okay, you wanted people in the guild to suggest stuff? I'll do it here.

First, the guild should probably be changed into a simple roleplaying guild. Second, it needs to undergo a slight bit of construction. It has areas that seem almost completely pointless, and even some subforums that don't have a title. (No offense.)
And after that, you need some people, more than just a few, to become mods and help out with the subforums. Give them a choice, ask them some questions, all that jazz. Choose which ones you think will be dedicated.
Then, you need people (including the mod of that subforum) to make a roleplay that could just show the people what it's for. And they should place the rules in each subforum, in whatever layout they choose.

After that, you should start inviting people to join it, and get others to publicize it by making banners to put on profiles or in signatures...

Just a thought, really. You can choose to do that or not.
