A Poem I wrote; Don't Ever Let It Go

Hes like the warm rain in the summer, With the adrenaline of a runner. In the storm, hes the sun that finally breaks through. And your heart is only half, without the other half from him too. He brings you up when your further then down. He makes you happy without making a sound. There like the rush of an ocean crashing to the shore and like a deprivation from addiction, when there gone you want more. Like when your lost, the light at the end of a tunnel gives you hope to live. When you fall in love, you put forth everything you have to give.
The joy is constant like a new treasure found each day and its completely breathtaking, in every imaginable, possible way. You fight like a solider, in the height of war to be his hearts holder, and to never ask for more. To fully trust, and to be trusted in. To treat him with love, and not like a prize to win. Like the high without the drugs. Like the friendship, but with love. Its sheer perfection at its best. It comes from the heart in your chest. You can't deny it in plane sight the speed of an airplane without the flight. Its memories you'll always cherish through your life weather you break up, or become man and wife. Its the best thing you could possibly hold. Its better then money, and better then gold. Once you have it, you will finally know that you have love in your hands, and don't ever let it go.
