Lessee, trying to capsule myself like a pill; okay---I'm a pretty good writer who can't keep sarcastic humor from creeping into even serious works. I'd way rather be an artist but I can't draw a straight line; tried to draw my cat once and it turned out like a potato with ears. I'm female in my late twenties, interested in retro music and styles (NOT the 50's), paganism and steampunk (love the clothing especially)

I am shy in person, chatty online--- but I think that's so for many people. In my case, it's also because I was rendered very hard of hearing by a month-long spell of bronchitis 2 years ago, and sometimes I hear words wrong when talking to people. crying Example: A lady on the bus saw me blowing my nose and said "Excuse me--Do you have an extra tissue?" What I thought I heard was: "Excuse me--I would really like to kiss you." (!) My startled laugh and blurted "Sorry, but I like men!" probably convinced her I was a fruit loop XD So I'm really hoping to make lots of friends on Gaia---I hear way better when I type! lol

Because I'm writing this late at night, it probably makes zero sense rolleyes
