Russia: Russia is Arctic's older brother, she is blood related to him, and is very close to him as a sibling. He hired her at a very young age to become a mercenary for him, she is the youngest mercenary in the history of russia. Arctic and her brother are both terrifyied of thier sister belarus. Arctic tends to give russia random gifts from her travels which are usually vodka and bouqets of sunflowers since she knows they are 2 of his favorite things.

Switzerland: Switzerland is Arctic's closest friend and allie, she met him when they were very young ,they were sent to terminate each other but Arctic wouldnt shoot him, after an hour of switzerland and artic going back and forth about her shooting him and her saying no, i dont wanna. she ended up shooting him in the leg and felt guilty so she had him shoot her in the same spot which was so they would be equal. later on they became penpals making them friends , Arctic constantly visits him in the spring. They both have feelings for each other but are to shy to tell each other.

artic grew up with her older brother russia and her 2 older sisters belarus, and ukraine. at the age of 10 russia decided to hire her as a mercenary, she is the youngest mercenary in the history of russia. around this age she also has a fascination along for a HUGE love for guns, she also meets switzerland and later end up in a stand off which both agree to say that it never happened. artic later moves to the artic after deciding that she wants to create her own country.
