i think for me the nostalgia comes from it being an easy life back then, not having to worry about stuff too much, also my best friend living on the coast still.
i dunno if i moved back, whether i'd still not go to the beach that often, maybe during the quieter months when it's not littered with campers everywhere.
still a vibe going out and walking on it during the afternoon when the sun is beginning to set
my town is pretty heavily cafe-ified, we have so many just for the one area which i find pretty interesting, then again we're slowly becoming a pretty big suburb.
how expensive is it living there though?? would cost me an arm and a leg living in the city here, it's rough
my cafe job my hours have ended up getting cut, partially because i only have the weekends open for it since office job but also cause the boss doesn't want to lose any money
so he ended up getting the general manager to cut about 35-6 hours a week at our store and then add a surcharge for coffee on sundays which is rough
office job is okay, my coworker came back from holiday so im not getting hounded by clients for things alone anymore when my boss doesn't do the other half of his job and he seems to
listen to her more than me which is always good
it got pretty hectic recently though because boss suddenly decided to change bank which has caused payments to bounce back from customers and having to follow up with that, having to email the eftpos machine company to organise new bank information, sending our regular clients our updated information so they have it on file, etc
