What can I say about myself...hmm...let's see...my name is Derrick. I'm 16 years old and I live in the pitiful state of South Carolina. I was relocated from my birthplace of Bronx, New York by my mother in hopes of escaping 'gang violence' and all the other evils of the city.

The funny thing is that I've encountered more gang related incidents here in SC than I ever have in NY. It's quite ironic when you think about it. Anywho...
