Well, first you set your profile to "Old School" or something like that, instead of the newer profile layouts.

Then you go to tektek.org and copy+paste the CSS for the profile theme into the "profile theme" box under Account Settings.

This is all done with the help of tektek.org and the "Account Settings" part.

I can't really help you any further than that sweatdrop
