Huh that's interesting. I remember when my Kindergarten teacher was trying to convince my parents that I had ADHD and that I had to start taking medication and my parents were like "No. She's just a child. That's how children act. Get over it." they did take me to a couple of psychologists or whatever first most likely because the school was making them. I do believe that there are people who have a harder time focusing on things though kinda like ADHD. My bf was actually diagnosed with ADHD and he took some medication for it, but he said it made him basically like a zombie. He wouldn't want to do anything. Like I believe in the diseases and stuff like that, but I think we are still a long way from making medications that help people with stuff that is going on mentally instead of physically. The medications for physical stuff are going pretty well. Oh wow it took that long? How long did it take for you to be back to normal? Did you have to do some physical therapy? (Again, if you don't want to answer these questions you don't have to). I think when people get older, they tend to express their thoughts more which sometimes can be bad for them unfortunately :c I hope they can get past that though. I know it's tough to forgive someone sometimes though >.< I didn't know that it was rare in guys. I always thought it was equally rare in both males and females. Well the good thing is that you got better and you no longer have to deal with that pain.
Oh I have a relative who has scoliosis and when he first started visiting the family (he was married in) I noticed it, but I never asked about it because I know that you can't really do anything about it aside from like surgery and stuff like that. I know when I went to school, we would have to go check to see if we were showing signs of it kinda like how every couple of years we would go to get our sight/hearing checked out too. I'm glad you were able to get it fixed though n.n some people can be pretty insensitive about that kind of stuff... there are just certain things you don't ask people.
Scars are pretty cool >w< it shows that you lived life. I have a scar from when I was really little when my sis was watching me and I fell into a stain glass window and accidentally cut my leg with one of the pieces. She still feels REALLY bad about it and I'm just like "It's okay it's not even a noticeable scar and I can't even remember the incident I was so young" xD
I always wondered about spinal surgeries. How long did it take to recover from it?
It seems like it's always better to find more natural ways to fix the problems instead of medications. Unfortunately for the time we are living in now, there are medications for everything and usually they aren't any better for you than the original issue. I mean I love how far we have come as far as being to treat things, but sometimes there should just not be medications for things x3 if that makes any sense
