<center>It started off simply the horn of the battle was blown and a steady run started in his group. The clank of metal was the only sound beyond that of his own heart beat and heavy breaths of his fellow soldiers. Every where he looked he has seen snow heard it crunch under his feet, and a couple of wolves and other assorted animals proudly following some soldier within the crowd. The snow slowly fell from trees as the pounding of feet shook them, it bitterly nipped at his nose and finger tips. Suddenly he saw it, a drop of red blairing like the sun on a warm day against the subtle white of the snow.
Numbness is all he could feel as he stoped in his tracks, feeling the nudge from other orcs a they pushed by him. He looked up now, veiwing a gruesome seen as orcs, humans, trolls, and gnomes of the like lay upon the ground blankly staring at the sky dead from some fatal wound they had received. Suddenly he felt the fury that only an orc could feel, the rage filled him as he roared and ran at his enemy. He swung his mace blindly at first feelin resistance only when he hit something, but he quickly began to choose his targets. His first target was a human warrior, the first thinghe could spot, he walked towards it stepping over the bodies and limbs that scattered the ground. He lifted his mace and swung hitting the human in its chest and denting the armor he wore.
The human stumbled and fell to a knee, then swiftly with no remorse he slammed his mace into the side of its helmet denting it and crushing the humans skull. He stared at his bloodied foe and had yet a moment to focus as a gnome rogue stubbed a dagger in his side. He yelled in pain and anger as he swung his massive hand around and backhanded the gnome. Its body going limp flew across the ground and stoped, as suddenly a taurens hoof crushed its skull. He pulled the dagger from his side and moved on through the fight and found no single enemy but multiples upon single soldiers of his faction.
He stumbled forward over the corpses that lay still in their pools of blood an dfound an undead under barage by spells, he quickly targeted one and charged. This one was a moonkin, surely from a spell, he charged at it and it raised its staff in defence, the sound of splintering wood filled the air as his mace crashed through its staff and hit its shoulder. He turned his mace around to the spike and slammed it into the moonkins leg. It screeched in pain as he wrenched it out and slammed the mace into its chest, as it stumbled back it cast a spell, a beam of white light shot down upon him and parts of his armor caught aflame. He returned it as a blue frost sorounded his hand and suddenly shot at the moonkin. In timing with this arrows baraged down upon it and it fell.
He soon learned war was always like this, sacrifice and pleasure, and this would be his first love.</center>
