Wow, baby! *hugs like crazy* That's a bad day, I've gotta give you that! And if you need to vent a little more, here's my suggestion...write it all down or just go outside and yell it. But then when that's done, take a breather. I know I'm being a hypocrite because I wallow in things a lot too. You're doing what I always do...count all the bad things and make them into a collossal Hell. And they really can be if compiled like that.



But I got this book yesterday called "Don't Sweat The Small Stuff". It's DESIGNED for a person like me. It says, even though life sucks, know that it's ALWAYS gonna get better and it'll just be a bad memory later on in life. Sure, don't bottle it in. Let it out. But there's a fine line between bottling things and wallowing in them.



*another big hug* I know how it feels to go through crap, although my family life is pretty stable and I realize how blessed I am. (I hope that didn't come out wrong. I mean, I'm saying you've just got it worse than I do in that area.) But still, you can talk to me. But make sure NOT to wallow!
