Perfect without break
To pledge the troth
He and I make
The Father's voice
Solemn and grave-
I wonder to myself
Am I making a mistake?

The ring he slips
Upon my finger
A heavy leaden shackle
Binding me to him.
Slowly walking down the aisle
Into my brand new life
A tear slowly slips away
As I avoid your eye...
