I have so many stories xD like one time my granny was in the car, and i put on the radio, and the next thing i know this cryptic old english woman is talk-singing "give me more" by brittany spears, and i've never quite been able to purge it from my memory
One time my granda told me with teh most english old lady voice you can imagine "Emily..when you grow up i want you to marry a nice white man from the chruch"
I had a crush on someone coloured names jj asuming taiwai, and i was like "Umm, granny what about someone not white"
and she was like "NOOO NO NONONO, none of those negro folk"
And i swear to god i never wanted to hit an old woman so hard before.
So me and my smart a** grade three mouth threw her dumb racist steryotypes back in her face like "just for that i'm going to marry a black man and have four kids and name them all after spices. Just for you"
She was so mad, she marched me straight home after mass and grounded me and told my bio mom. She was like "DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DAUGHTER SAID." like ooohhh wow "She cannot love someone who is not of her own race"
