all macys employees need to no show for work on the same day!

i've actually talked about it with afew coworkers... probably wouldnt work out though....

....but i work in the morning so its off to bed, it was a pleasure madam.....

oh yeah that does kinda suck, full timers can be pretty brutal to on calls... sorry for that sweatdrop

credits are easy though if you ask every customer

i always ask if they are using their macys, then when they dont have one i ask why not... that opens up for me to tell them the $ they save, and that its free and easy quick to apply...

lol free macys tutoring 4laugh ive got a 92 score card and i try not to try lol

been there 3 years too long... luggage is incentive so its like stealable commission, so i get random people that know 0% about luggage trying to sell it...

it would be like me strolling up to your area and stealing your sales even though i wouldn't know what i was doing...

and its getting worse in my store every week it seems crying

the whole goal crap drives me crazy, its like being surrounded by backstabbing cutthroats 24/7... theres just way tooo much drama for my personal taste...
its like it encourages people to not be a team at all and it just stresses me out... i need a vacation crying
