Twenty and Clean
The cleanest I have been in a while. I have lost and found some of the most amazing people. I have found love and discovered hate. I have been to the other side and back. My life has transcended all words and sunk to the deepest low. I have burnt it down and risen from the ashes. We live in a world filled with ignorance and hate and I have decided I wont be a contributor to the pain and suffering of the world. I want to do something great with my life. I want to save some one so Im starting with myself. I want to write a book. I want to live in Europe. You know, a great man once said "So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservatism, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more dangerous to the adventurous spirit within a man than a secure future. The very basic core of a man's living spirit is his passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun". The same man said,"Some people feel like they don't deserve love. They walk away quietly into empty spaces, trying to close the gaps of the past.", and I believe both of those ideas are true. Some times you have to face the blind, deaf stone alone. you have to hold the candle to the sky and let it burn down your arm because when its over, its over. I have had my fun. I have drank my feelings away. I have smoked till i couldnt see straight and i have sped to the speed of light. I once said i wanted to try acid just to see what it was like but I like reality better. While on your path to the way if your companions are lost continue alone for when your path is complete and the way if found, your life will be beautiful. You will love all and peace will be there.
