But this guy was a teenager. I mean, he ha got to be around the same age (if not younger) than my brother.

He asked my mom for money. It was so sad.

There were also a lot of people asking for money in Kansas City, which is in Missouri (?) but some of them sure as heck didn't look homeless.

Try 'rich or middle class kids trying to rip you off for free cash.' Even worse, people were giving more to them cause they weren't as scary than to the actually homeless people
