On a dark and stormy night, I, Abigale Kabog, sat cold and alone in what must have been a bedroom, although I couldn’t really tell. At the time I figured that it must have been below zero. I could see my breath, all white and foggy, almost transparent. My mother decided that I wasn’t earning my keep anymore, so she threw me out, as simple as a snap of the fingers.
In order to uncover the future we need to dive into the past.
Two shifty men were standing by the bench where I’m sitting waiting for the metro-bus. I’ve been waiting for what seems like hours and the bench has gum stuck all over it, so it feels grotesque to be sitting on it.
