Cat-sensei is a hero of justice! Out in the streets of Tokyo to teach anyone delinquents a lesson on messing with the peace, Cat-sensei prides himself of being a great super hero ready to fight Japan and save any women in trouble although the public sees him as an idiot who causes too much casualties, Cat-sensei enjoys the female body far too much to where it creeps out the people he saves and he ends up looking like a masked pervert. He dislikes the word "Nya" and finds it overrated, the colors of his eyes shifts when his mood changes.
