Music-wise I like The Beatles, The Kinks, David Bowie, The Maccabees, Arctic Monkeys, Bloc Party, David Ford, Arcade Fire, Radiohead, The Pixies, Phantom Planet, Panic! at the Disco, Vampire Weekend and the Wombats.
In terms of TV, I like Sherlock, Luther, Spaced, Doctor Who, Peep Show, That Mitchell and Webb Look, Screenwipe, Life On Mars, You Have Been Watching, Black Books, Dead Set, Fresh Meat, Extras, The Office, The Mighty Boosh, QI, Would I Lie To You and Firefly.
And movies I like include Dr. Strangelove, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction (most Tarantino films actually), A Film With Me In It, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Submarine, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy and The Hobbit, Trainspotting, 28 Days Later, Dog Soldiers and Amelie.
Books I like are 1984, A Clockwork Orange, War of the Worlds, The Time Machine, 40 Tales of the Afterlife, Animal Farm, The Harry Potter and Hunger Games series, and Hume's Enquiry Into Human Understanding.
My favourite comedians are Dylan Moran, Ed Byrne, Ricky Gervais, Jimmy Carr, Dara O'Briain and Frankie Boyle.
