About

Why, hello there. I see you have come to visit my nice little page. Wasn't that wonderful of you? I'm assuming you're here for a reason though, so I shall try not to babble on too much.

For starters, my name is Christine, which so happens to also be the name of one of my favorite movie characters, except she is much more talented than I, and also much more beautiful. I am nineteen and attend a certain public university that occupies most of my time.

Although I enjoy that, I also enjoy hanging out with my friends and such. They quite amuse me. ^^ I also enjoy reading and music. They amuse me as well. Actually, most things amuse me to at least some extent. But, that's another story that my distracted mind can't follow at the moment, so I shall take leave of you for now.

A note for anyone trying to track me down: I have a lot going on right now and won't be very active. It's called life, college, and possibly even a vacation if I have time for one. My life doesn't revolve around the computer. If you need something, message me, I'll get back to you when I can. I am on here quite a bit more than this suggests, at least as of recently, but I shall leave this up here just in case some unforeseen absence is forced upon me.

Yeah, their purpose would be the only thing needing a disguise. And that sounds like a good amount of people; now I'm all excited. User Image Thanks for including me, again. It's been a while since Ashcreek. User Image I remember I was in like five roleplays at that time, but Ashcreek and this other school roleplay were the two I paid most attention to.

I very much like the idea of an Austen-era writers' group. But for the women, they'd have to meet in secret since no one would take them seriously as writers in that era. Oooh, and the side plots would be full of intrigue! I think we'd have to play multiple characters....But it would be really cool.

Ah. See, you're a lot more resilient than I am; I usually just create a new character for every roleplay I do, unless it's a school-based one, then I generally bring Karen out of storage.

Lol. I remember those troublesome characters of yours. I'd probably create a new one for this, just because Karen isn't teen-developed enough. I do miss roleplaying with Karen, though.

A writers' colony is a place where writers go for weeks at a time, are put up in a room in a dorm-like setting with other writers, fed by the colony, and live in basic isolation from the rest of society so they can have time to think and write and meet other writers. It's like a camp without structure. A lot of colonies are on wild land; think Montana where no one else is around and it's serene and peaceful, perfect for thinking in solitude. I saw a speaker once who spoke about her time at a writers' colony; she spoke very fondly of it.

I like the college setting again. It's something I'm REALLY familiar with now, and I rarely get to play school environments that work correctly. Ooh, actually, a writers' colony would be an interesting idea. Do you know what a writers' colony is?

My uncle writes novels, and my mom hired me to work for her company as a technical writer/editor. She runs a geriatric care business. I got connections, yo.

What kind of roleplay idea did you have in mind?
