well i just searched vivi japan
if you search brands like liz lisa you don´t get many results or if you search other brands.

you have a pretty face!
besides for me; hair and make up is more important lol.
what i wear everyday are; false eyelashes,eyeliner,and a bit gold shimmery eyeshadow on the eyes.
and a really cute pink blush, and foundation, brow powder.

you know, asians wear white eyeshadow alot right? you should adjust the make up to you´re eye shape or else it will silly. because sometimes the tutorials in j-magazines don´t look at alll to what they look like on the tutorial-person lol!
and about circle lens...my moms doesn´t allow me to wear circle lens lol!
i would love to have them hehehe xd
oh and btw, you know, most gyaru´s shave of there eyebrow right? well i don´t do either and still have gyaru-ish brows so XD

wait, i´m going to make some pictures of my makeup okay? to show you ~
i´m a TRUE makeup addict and tested alot and for me this is the best ;p

i don't know what fits you're personality, do you want to stand out etc?

and btw, the best think you can probally work at is the make + hair.
& yes short hair with gyaru is possible xD i have the ayumi hamasaki bob lol

just a casual kind of gyaru style. i'm doing that too.
just wear basics but fancy it with ribbons&lace + lots of jewelry XD
+ there are alot of casual gyaru clothing at ebay (cheap!)
