I used to make 8-bit pixel art back in the day. I had a pixel-cafe on Gaia but sold my art to another shop after a few years. It's been a long time Gaia. heart Almost 20 years.
My newest art: (Look how far I've come)
Here's an example of how I build my bases. I find reference photos (this piece has around 7) then I make a collage to get the perfect pose I envisioned (plus puppet and perspective warping/editing) before getting the perfect placement. This is completely raw editing and configuring for my visions. I can create ANY pose you'd like.
Connecting 8-bit with digital paint. By the time I finished the skin I realized her hands were too far down. I could have corrected it with puppet warp but had merged too many layers (in Photoshop.)
