May I ask how you achevied that soft, slightly blurred quality to the photo?

(I assume you used photoshop? I have PS too, so I probably can figure out the tools to use if you know where to go in the menu. n_n;; )



I have a photoshop class right now and I'm trying to do that, but I can't quite get it.
