This is where you Report a Hacking. Just keep in mind that, "all reports must be filed within 30 days of the incident having occurred". Since it's already been two or three weeks since the hacking, you need to file that report soon. Don't forget to provide evidence if you can.
Hopefully it'll work for you, like it did for me. ^-^

Oh. Did you file a hacking report yet?
I did when I got hacked in the beginning of summer. I was able to get my stuff back because of it.
