About
I keep background music on here, just for the hell of it, and change it frequently. Some of the songs I've put up so far are: "Casey Jones" by the Grateful Dead, "Magic Man" by Heart, 'Cult of Personality" by Living Colour, and "Another Brick in the Wall (Part II)" and "The Trial" by pink Floyd. I mostly like Classic Hard Rock/Metal, but my tastes are rather varied, really. Some of my favorites are: Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, Heart, Iron Maiden, Deathklok, Alice Cooper, Stevie Ray Vaughn, ZZ Top, Blue Oyster Cult, and Tenacious D, among others. If, for some reason, you want to have a song played here, just pm me and I'll see what I can do. If it's Hip-hop, Country, Bubble-gum Pop or Christian Rock, then don't get your hopes up.
Sorry about changing my username, but I figured that it might be better for starting a writing based guild if my username didn't sound like something a 10-year-old thought up (which one did, since I'm been using the alias about that long), as well as sounding like a connection to those overrated Paolini books. Plus, for those of you who actually send me messages and stuff, My name is four characters shorter now!
"The Ballad of The Dark Count"
When you all are sleeping and the night seems peaceful, naught a care, careful, lest ye grow unwary of the terror that lies there.
Hiding deep in every shadow lies the spirit of the night, seeking dire pleasure in the act of giving people fright.
Nary many people living cast their eyes upon his face, for soon upon their visitation their souls are in another place.
He is said to look just like a nobleman of yester-year, foppishly he dresses, yet no one would look at him and jeer.
Eyes like voids he has, they say, and a mask conceals his head,
very few would dare to delve and ask themselves why it is red.
The dark count has his spies they say, a raven black with blood red eyes, along with other shadow minions, all the light they do despise.
Held within his hands now is a book that holds his victims names, thick now is the book with those in recent years The Count has claimed.
So I warn you little children go to bed right at twilight, lest you hear the haunting laughter of The Dark Count of the Night.

When life itself seems lunatic, who knows where madness lies? To be too practical may be madness. To surrender dreams, this may be madness. To seek treasure where there is only trash. Too much sanity may be madness, and maddest of all - To see life as it is, and not as it should be.
-Cervantes, Man of La Mancha
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
-The Bene Gesserit Litany Against Fear
In the beginning the universe was created. This made a lot of people very angry and is widely considered as a bad move.
